My journey as a Brand Director at Nike taught me how to achieve ambitious goals. But it was my own personal evolution that taught me a more profound truth: sustainable success isn't just about the destination; it's about aligning the entire journey with who you truly are.​​​​

My deep dive into science-based tools like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Positive Pshychology gave me a practical framework for reshaping my mindset and behaviors. This was powerfully complemented by exploring more subtle, yet equally important, dimensions of well-being that connect us to a deeper sense of purpose and inner knowing. A clear vision of what we want is the foundation for getting there. It was this fusion of the pragmatic and the profound that truly shifted my perspective.​​
